My name is Bethany Risler and I am first and foremost, mom to 2 crazy kids who keep me busier than I can describe. I am married to my childhood sweetheart and love of my life and together the 4 of us are on a journey to a healthy and fulfilling life. I share my life with everyone I meet in hopes to inspire others to find a way to live a life they love and love the life they live.
